• بياناتك محفوظة على جهازك فقط، وليس لدينا نسخة منها. حذف بيانات الموقع من متصفحك يزيلها نهائياً.Your data is stored on your device only; we hold no copy. Clearing this site's data in your browser removes it permanently.

خطوات حذف بيانات الموقع

Steps to clear site data

1. افتح إعدادات المتصفح ثم «الخصوصية» أو «إعدادات المواقع».Open your browser settings, then Privacy or Site settings.
2. ابحث عن athirhermes.com واختر «حذف البيانات» أو «مسح التخزين».Find athirhermes.com and choose Delete data or Clear storage.
3. إن أضفت التطبيق إلى الشاشة الرئيسية، احذفه منها أيضاً.If you added the app to your home screen, remove it there too.

If you have an account

• يحذف طلب الحذف: الحساب نفسه، وبيانات الميلاد والخرائط المحسوبة، والقراءات المحفوظة (ومنها التاروت)، ويوميات الأحلام والمفضلة وسجل البحث، والتقارير، وأحداث الحياة، وأفراد العائلة، وتقدّم الألغاز.Deletion removes: the account itself, birth data and computed charts, saved readings (including tarot), the dream journal, favourites and search history, reports, life events, family members, and puzzle progress.
• الحذف نهائي ولا يمكن التراجع عنه أو استعادة البيانات بعده.Deletion is permanent. It cannot be undone and the data cannot be restored.

Pro subscription

• حذف الحساب لا يلغي أي اشتراك قائم لدى مزود الدفع. يتم برو حالياً برموز تفعيل لا تتجدد تلقائياً، فلا يوجد ما يلزم إلغاؤه؛ وإن دفعت عبر مزود دفع فألغِ الاشتراك من حسابك لديه أو راسلنا. التفاصيل في سياسة الاشتراك.Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription with the payment provider. Pro currently uses activation codes that do not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel; if you paid through a payment provider, cancel in your account there or email us.
